Giants sign 8 undrafted rookies, including 1 international player

The Giants made their final pick of the 2024 NFL Draft two weeks ago, but the roster-building wasn’t done.

The front office worked the phones to line up their undrafted free agents ahead of rookie minicamp, which is now underway at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center. Ten days later, the rookies will join the veterans for the first of 10 organized team practice activities (OTAs).

“Hats off to the personnel staff, the coaching staff, everybody in this building as far as process,” general manager Joe Schoen said on the final day of the draft. “There’s a lot that goes into it. I like where we ended up this weekend, and now that it’s all said and done, we still have free agency and we are out there working on that now. I feel like we’re in a good spot after the draft.”

Before the rookies took the field, the team announced the signings of seven undrafted rookies on Friday morning, plus another who will be exempt as an international player.
