Touchdowns, takeaways & top plays as OTAs kick off

The Giants have entered the third and final phase of their offseason workout program at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center.

Beginning on April 15, the first phase consisted of two weeks of activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation. The next three weeks included on-field workouts and drills, but no team offense vs. team defense drills were permitted.

With those five weeks in the rearview mirror, the team ramped things up on Monday with their first of 10 organized team practice activities (OTAs). There is no live contact in this portion of the spring, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted. It’s always a major checkpoint on the calendar as it is the first time of the year that the entire team lines up fo

r practice.
